Unfortunately only a moderate burgerking. Lead to devaluation: 1. Eat cold 2. Hardly serious covid19 protective measures: No disinfectant, no protection for employees, entry and exit rules are barely recognizable and I am therefore disregarded. Distance rule is not observed. Tables dirty. Entry all with the same pen. How to do it better see NMS. Positive: enough tables outside and payback

Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars here. Veggie Rösti Burger and Plant Based Nuggets ordered, drove home, burger was wrong, it was the meat version Plant Based Nuggets were not veggie, but the normal ones in the bottle pack. Driven back to the restaurant, complained, nuggets were replaced, but not the burger because I didn't have it with me! Now comes the hammer, the reworked nuggets were also made of meat. Discussion with the employees on site not possible, the conversation has escalated. This visit was so terrifying that I will now switch on the Burger KIng headquarters and consumer protection. I have never seen anything like it, not to be outdone when it comes to cheek, unfortunately the employees appear very aggressive after the complaint. Can only advise everyone to buy something here.

Delicious food, just what you expect from Burger King! Slight deductions, as the staff are very busy with each other and you don't feel in focus as a customer.

Friendly quick staff. The food is good as you would expect from Burger King. I had the Whopper menu and it was good.

Our favorite burger ring. The staff are always friendly, even when it's full. Nothing wrong actually ends up in the bag and if that's the case, you get the missing burger without "grumbling".

Currently only drive possible. Very friendly service and really quick service. Due to the fact that there was a long line there was a bit of a wait. But it was completely ok. The burgers were fresh and tasty. The chips sticky. So far everything is good and therefore 5 stars

They have delicious Plant Based Nuggets and the Rebel Whopper. Finally also fast food for vegetarians!

Clean, served quickly - all good. But I tried the fries with the ham. Stupid! The fries come with the cold cheese? or a similar sauce and the seared "cold" ham on top. I prefer the normal fries!

A little too long waiting time at the drive in. But the wait was worth it. Fresh, hot cheeseburgers. Thats how it is suppost to be....

"Almost" was unfortunately not on the agenda ... we waited 30 minutes for our order to go over the counter. Then I got a nice cold espresso shake, but the same applied to the burger ... This can be done better!

The two stars go because of the unfriendly service at the cash register on Monday evening at 8:00 p.m. where nothing was going on and you are not under stress. Corona and mask? Yes, you only wear it over your mouth here, not over your nose. The restaurant staff here have to be friendlier.

Some time ago, my passenger got a citizen and that shortly before closing time. The citizen arrived cold and despite an immediate complaint, no one answered the intercom. So citizens thrown away and drove on. When I came back the next day, I complained and described what was happening. After a few minutes, another employee was brought in, where I had to repeat the whole thing. This employee now offered to buy a new citizen for a 50% discount. I really lack the words. Sell ​​bad quality and take money from the customer again. I will advise my companions from this Citizen King in the future

Good location right on A23 Tornesch. The food was ok, the staff friendly but stressed. Cleanliness in the restaurant could be better, I was there for almost 1 hour without even cleaning a table. No WLAN. Toilets are clean and free. Enough parking. A gas station is right next door.

Good fast-food (not really healthy, but that's to be expected when talking fast-food). The cashiers are friendly and respectful. The design of the furnitures is pretty good. Overall atmosphere is mediocre. There's a lot of space in there. Vegetarians can choose the Veggie King or Veggie King Cheese. Overalls score: 8/10 (for a fast-food restaurant)
